A) TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Business Scope & Customers
    • Dailygoods Ltd. serves customers within Bangladesh only.
    • International customers (e.g., Bangladeshi expatriates) may place orders for their families in Bangladesh using card or online payment methods.

  2. Payment Methods
    • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available only within Dhaka city.
    • Outside Dhaka: Customers must pay the delivery charge in advance to confirm the order.
    • We accept Bank Transfer, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Debit/Credit Cards.

  3. Order Policy
    • After an order is placed, our Customer Care team will call the customer for confirmation.
    • For orders outside Dhaka, advance payment of the delivery charge is required for confirmation.
    • Orders may be cancelled if:
    – The order is suspected to be fake
    – Wrong/incomplete delivery information is provided
    – Product price is incorrectly listed or not updated on the website

  4. Delivery Policy
    • Inside Dhaka: Delivery within 1–2 business days. Charge: BDT 80.
    • Outside Dhaka: Delivery within 2–3 business days. Charge: BDT 140.
    • Customers must check the product in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery.

  5. Product Information & Pricing
    • Product descriptions, availability, and prices may change at any time without prior notice.
    • Dailygoods Ltd. reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including pricing).

  6. Privacy & Data Usage
    • Customer information will only be used for order processing and delivery purposes.
    • We do not share customer data with third parties without consent.

B) RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  1. Return / Replacement Timeframe
    • If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must call our Customer Care immediately in front of the delivery person.
    • We will replace the product free of cost; no additional delivery charges.

  2. Eligible Reasons for Return / Refund
    • Damaged or defective product received
    • Wrong product delivered
    • Size or design mismatch
    Note: Return requests due to “change of mind” are not accepted.

  3. Non-Returnable Products
    • Personal care and usage items (Attar, Perfume, Miswak, etc.)
    • Used or opened packages

  4. Delivery Charges
    • In case of refund, only the product price will be refunded. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

  5. Refund Processing Time
    • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after the return request is accepted.

  6. Refund Method
    • Refunds will be made through bKash or Nagad.
    • Alternatively, you may choose another product of equal value instead of a refund.

  7. Return Process
    • At the time of delivery: Check the product in front of the delivery person. If damaged/defective/incorrect, call Customer Care immediately.
    • After delivery: If an issue is found later, inform us immediately. We will resend the correct product, and you must return the defective product to the delivery person at the time of replacement.
