At Dailygoods Ltd., customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure the quality of our products and strive to deliver them in the best condition. However, if you face any issue with your order, our return and refund policy is outlined below:
1. Return / Replacement Timeframe

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must call our Customer Care immediately in front of the delivery person.

In such cases, we will replace the product free of cost, and the customer will not bear any additional delivery charges.
2. Eligible Reasons for Return / Refund
We accept return or refund requests in the following cases:

Damaged or defective product received

Wrong product delivered

Size or design mismatch
⚠️ Note: Return requests due to "change of mind" will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Products
The following products cannot be returned or refunded:

Personal care and usage items (Attar, Perfume, Miswak, etc.)

Used or opened packages
4. Delivery Charges
In case of refund, only the product price will be refunded. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
5. Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days after the return request is accepted.
6. Refund Method

Refunds will be made through bKash or Nagad.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to receive another product of equal value instead of a refund.
7. Return Process
There are two ways to return a product:

At the time of delivery: The customer must check the product in front of the delivery person. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must immediately call our Customer Care.

After delivery: If the customer checks the product later at home and finds an issue, they must inform us immediately. We will resend the correct product, and the customer must return the defective product to the delivery person at the time of replacement.
